Need a airbag replaced due to a recall.Walked in and made a appointment, Service staff said 10 days..Next minute, been more then 10 days still no update..Have called twice and they say they will call back in 15 minutes and they don't, Must be their trademark, We will call you back but we don't.. Walked in today and was greeted well and handled my situation really professionally but it went downhill near the end when the service staff had a whinge saying the recall has been out for over three years now..In directly she was saying why now? Utterly disgraceful customer service..I have no choice but to use these guys..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM..

Needed general info about my vehicle and they helped me beyond what i was expecting. Happy to own my Toyota. Thankyou

Service was ok ,quite expensive for oil and filter change $503 really Nissan do you think we are all silly never again! Also my car went in cleaner than you returned it after a wash and vacuum looked apocalyptic. You probably need to let that guy go because he obviously has no pride in what he does. Oh I forgot when they say capped price servicing they have different caps one is $280 the next service is $503 the 40k service is $680 and the 60k service is $780 ?????????? I asked does Nissan understand what a service cap means she said no obviously not..

The review is for Spare Parts. Abdul is great and the man to see if you drive an import. Nissan are very lucky to have someone with his knowledge about older Nissan's.

For a company with such an amazing worldwide reputation you would expect more professionalism and a good service. Unfortunately you will not find it here. Serviced our car as it was reaching the 10k km mark and decided to take to the brand as a more trustworthy option. Couldn't be more wrong. Car got serviced and it was identified 3 issues that required attention and approval was conceded to fix them (overall cost > $1000). A few weeks later and after being guaranteed that the car was working perfectly fine, it broke down. Spent $ in returning back to Perth to Nissan. After evaluating, a problem was identified that allegedly wasn't connected to the initial problems verified. Spent other $1000 and was guaranteed once again that now, the car was perfectly functional. Couple of weeks later car starts to do a similar noise to the one before it broke down after being serviced. Brought the car to Nissan and a new problem was identified requiring another piece above $1000. To call negligence to the service provided wouldn't be an understatement. Really disappointed and frustrated. No ownership of the mistakes and not fixing the issues found". Car gets in for service working and never gets out working fine again."

After phoning Albany Nissan (a week prior)and them agreeing to honor the previous quote, I took the time off work and Just drove my self and my family 500kms to have my Sat nav updated,2 hours after dropping off my vehicle I was phoned and told that the previous quote will no longer be honored, And the price of the DVD 90 minute update went from $69.00 written quoted price,to $180 so called standard price...I am absolutely DISGUSTED...that's another customer gone.. I only gave 1 star to be able to Wright this review...
