Rockingham Nissan is truly the best in Perth! I have had experience with many other dealers and never felt a personal connection or any effort given at all. The staff at Nissan Rockingham, remembered my husband and I from years before going above and beyond to assist where needed, I had to deal with Melville Nissan with nothing but rude staff that were to busy to help and just said no,! when contacting Rockingham, although they were busy and it was almost impossible to help they found a way, no matter what it took, seriously will never go anywhere else, they dont just sell cars they care and give service that dose not exist today!Highly recommendedThankyou so much to all the staff at Rockingham Nissan you truly outdo yourselves every time much, appreciated

Unbelievably awesome Team! My partner and I were in a breakdown for the first time after multiple long road trips and we're desperately needing a genuine Nissan part. Wen and Matt went beyond their way to find us this specific part eventhough their Service n Parts Dept is normally close on Saturdays. And what are the chances getting the last stock on hand?! They have it! OMG we can't thank you enough guys and we are in owe! Hats off to Nissan and the team for not letting our week off to Exmouth down and giving us a peace of mind.

I have two reasonably new cars which I lease, one a Hyundai i30, the other my Nissan XTrail Ti. In the last few months both have been in for servicing. Hands down, Nissan compared SO much better. Hyundai didn't tell me what the car had done, didn't clean it (I understand they're busy). Nissan on the other hand went through everything they had done with the car, the type of service, showed me all the paperwork, and gave me a copy. They cleaned my car inside and out. I'm due to change my car next year, and I know where I'll be going. Well done Nissan! First class service.

Since I bought a used car 5 years ago at this place, I've been asking for car service every time.I called to ask for a service in the same way this time, but they said that they would call back because there was no person in charge, but I didn't hear from them for more than a week, so I contacted again. But they said they will call back in the same way, and I haven't heard from them again!!Even the second time, I told what happened the first call. I'll already ask another service company.
