Need a airbag replaced due to a recall.Walked in and made a appointment, Service staff said 10 days..Next minute, been more then 10 days still no update..Have called twice and they say they will call back in 15 minutes and they don't, Must be their trademark, We will call you back but we don't.. Walked in today and was greeted well and handled my situation really professionally but it went downhill near the end when the service staff had a whinge saying the recall has been out for over three years now..In directly she was saying why now? Utterly disgraceful customer service..I have no choice but to use these guys..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM..

Had to get a recall on an airbag. Was estimated 6 weeks in Perth but these guys did it within 24 hours. Awesome service. Thanks guys

From beginning to end, outstanding service. We are caravanners with a 2006 Nissan Patrol which was giving us grief. Service team kindly picked us up from our caravan park, returned us on completion, gave us options for repairs and carried out the work in good time and a fair price. Truly impressed and cant thank them enough.

We are writing to commend the very good experience at Midwest autos we had recently.Starting from 23rd April we had a problem with older x trail, which most thought of as petrol problem. So tried injector cleaner, with no result. Nissan Esperance saw it as a cutting out problem and replaced 2 sensors, no result. We were conveyed by carrier to Albany after failing badly at Ravensthorpe, where after a week a petrol pump and filter were done, with no result. Problem started again 50 kms out , and being weekend, we pushed on to Perth nothing open. Told to try premium petrol. No result. Hopped all way to Geraldton where we were given list of repairers as RAC place too busy, the place we chose spent another week with testing etc then did service changed plugs etc and handed over with no result. Our son googled our symptoms and found a scenario identical but with no resolution mentioned. So next day I went to Nissan Geraldton to find out what was done for this other case even though it was not their problem. But! Dion listening to our story and symptoms said he was 99.9 percent sure he new what it could be. He proceeded to get a code to show in that area and had part flown from east and bingo here we are on our way north around Aus!I can only say that after 25 days of failed repairs and many thousands of dollars it was with great trepidation we ventured forward. We even received a call as we pulled into our first destination to check our progress.To us this was above and beyond what we have ever experienced before and will be forever grateful.Yours sincerely.Ian and Marilyn Johnston, from Tamworth NSW.

Still waiting for a call back.Had to get Nissan's area manager to contact them to tell them to do the warranty work. But still waiting. Been over a month.It's ok I'm not keen for them to touch my car.Wow this is my first 1 star review.Might change my review if they contact me .

If you need a good used car try talking to Wayne Bendikas used car Mgr. He is fair and knows the industry and trends better than most.

Midwest Nissan are great. Service team is awesome with great staff and a on the ball service manager. Emily, Phil, Brenden and the crew inside work hard and are nice easy going people!
