Great knowledgeable friendly staff.

Allowed us a decent test drive but took far too long to go over options. Inexperienced staff led to lengthy delay and tried to push us to sign a contract when we clearly indicated we already one and just wanted a clear indication of the full package price. Staff were very friendly however.

Went in to buy new patrol, sales manager and salesman (Jonah) where accommodating and friendly. I ended up putting a order in for a TI Patrol to be delivered in April. Couldn't recommended the dealership to more people!

I used a Nissan dealership in Wangara but can not review as low as it deserves. It was recommended to me to try Lynette at Clarkson Nissan. What an amazing experience, you walk in and this lovely smiling knowledgeable person greets you and takes your keys.Lynette fixed first go my problem with my Patrol Ti-L, that the Wangara dealer had had 7 to 10 attempts at. Each time Wangara, nasty miserable, unprofessional. Keeping in mind you loose your car for a day each time.Thank you Lynette and Clarkson Nissan. Went into the dealership not really looking to buy a Nissan and really just looking. Amazing staff and huge credit needs to be given to the staff - notably Ralph and Andrew. Ended up buying a car, but really buying into them. Awesome guys. no push, no bull, no shove, just friendly helpfulness. Will definitely recommend these guys. The dealership is really clean and nice too. To the principal - you have gold.

Im a regular customer of clarkson Nissan, my car use to be so clean after the service, but yesterday after they service my car it came back dirty. If they willcan maintain the same quality of service they are doing before that would be good

Salesman very dismissive. Husband asked about test driving a new Patrol, salesman said none in for 3wks then turned his back on my husband. Just lost a potential sale.

My mother who is in her 80's and has used this dealership for about 20 years was spoken to abruptly when she advised the call receiver that the service department never answer their phone. This is very poor customer service and she no longer wants to go their again.
