Gosnells Nissan

Service was ok ,quite expensive for oil and filter change $503 really Nissan do you think we are all silly never again! Also my car went in cleaner than you returned it after a wash and vacuum looked apocalyptic. You probably need to let that guy go because he obviously has no pride in what he does. Oh I forgot when they say capped price servicing they have different caps one is $280 the next service is $503 the 40k service is $680 and the 60k service is $780 ?????????? I asked does Nissan understand what a service cap means she said no obviously not..

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Felt that they took the necessary time to answer all queries which made for a pleasant experience.

Staff were friendly, helpful, well informed and made no attempt to “sell” me a car. I was able to select the vehicle I think will best suit our needs.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with car dealerships, Gardner Suzuki cannington sold me a lemon in October last year! But help from my lawyer got my money refunded. Then i went to Toyota maddington and put down a deposit on a 2021 Nissan navara pro 4x warrior with 25,000ks on the clock lucky for me i drove past Gosnells Nissan and spotted the same model only brand new and it had a cheaper price than Toyota maddington. The staff at Gosnells Nissan were excellent, friendly and helpful, not money hungry hippopotamuses like those other greedy-grass-hoppers i mentioned!! Gosnells Nissan has been the best dealership I've walked into. Don't waste your time going to those other hill-billy-bungle-bunnies! Go straight to Gosnells Nissan

We visited twice, not 100% sure we were buying. Went away and to another dealer, wrote up a deal and then returned to Maddington Nissan just to check things…. So glad we did …without even having to ask got a way better deal. But we pushed it a little and came away super stocked with the transaction. These guys n gals all went above and beyond to get us in a new car. No pressure, super easy, and nothing was a bother. Looking forward to delivery day

My family and I went to Gosnells Nissan initially just to view a bigger car for us. Raymond Wong was extremely accommodating, and he also assisted us with all of our queries. Michael from the finance department is also great as he discussed with me and my wife all the options that are available, and suitable for us. The overall experience has been great so far! We would recommend others to come and check their wide variety of vehicles if you’re planning to purchase your next car.

Purchased vehicle and told it was a demo. Negotiated final all inclusive price. Later received notice of vehicle transfer and licence duty payable by me. Contacted dealer they said it was a loaner car therefore I owed the money. Contacted principal on 4 occasions he never called back to discuss.
