Albany City Nissan

After phoning Albany Nissan (a week prior)and them agreeing to honor the previous quote, I took the time off work and Just drove my self and my family 500kms to have my Sat nav updated,2 hours after dropping off my vehicle I was phoned and told that the previous quote will no longer be honored, And the price of the DVD 90 minute update went from $69.00 written quoted price,to $180 so called standard price...I am absolutely DISGUSTED...that's another customer gone.. I only gave 1 star to be able to Wright this review...

The service department staff are very helpful and friendly.

Visiting Albany in my Y62 Patrol. It threw an engine light among some other issues.Albany Nissan went above and beyond getting the parts in and fixing the problem for me at short notice. Greatly appreciated.Cheers Conor

1000km service on new Patrol. I was dropped back at caravan park, car ready an hour before promised. Car washed and vacuumed. Friendly helpful service adviser.

Very poor customer service. Tried to organize the mandatory emergency airbag recall. Firstly, they forgot about the job. Rang them back and re organised it. Called them back after a month and they had the part and forgot to call me. Finally, took the car in and they looked all over the car for something to find wrong. They found a small leak in the rear bake cylidnder wanted to withold the car because it was unsafe to drive. Then they quoted up the parts and the mark up was insane. 150%. This is a shonky run shop and are a rip off. They bullied my wife and it was just disrepectfull. We will never go back.... ever. Support your smaller mechanics before these crooks.

Replaced brake pads based on previous inspection 15000 km ago. Previous report stated there is 20% left, after brakes were replaced the new report stated there was 40% left before the pads were replaced. The explanation was that it is the perception of each mechanic. It's a measurable item!! Added bonus the brakes now also screech when I brake (2 weeks later)

We are useful our local Nissan dealer return ing our serviced vehicle cleaned and vacuumed, didn't happen inesperancd

Amazing customer service, the staff went out of their way to accomodate me. Pretty sure they did a good job on the car too, definitely removed a lot of dog hair from the interior ;)
